I am looking for some funding, I have a 60 unit apartment complex that is in the process of a short sale, which we have the in that nobody else knows about. We can buy this unit for $850k and we will need a total of $1.1M (rehab money as well) to get this property up and going. When it is all said and done, it will be worth $1.8-2M. Can anyone help us out with this in the funding side, the property is in Michigan.

Let us take over the short sale negotiation

I purchase short sale properties from listing agents and pay them the full bank allowed commission plus my buyer's Realtor gives the listing agent 1% of his commission. Because we are the buyer, we do the short sale negotiating with the bank to be in control the "pricing activity."

Once I become the holder of the fee simple title I; then, resell MY property using the same listing agent. In other words the original listing agent gets paid twice on the same property. This can happen in a very short time frame
