I'm looking for a bank that will refi a newly rehabbed property into an LLC in Baltimore MD.

Other Requirements.....

Loan to an out of state investor
At least 65% LTV of appraised value

If anyone knows of a bank that will do these types of loans, please let me know ASAP.
