Looking for Mortgage Broker to work with

I would like to inquiry if some brokerage firm out there be willing to help out my buyers to get loans for properties that I am selling once I got them on short sale. These buyers are well qualified, have money for down payment, and already put down earnest money. Once I find a firm that can work with me it would be a repeated business.
Need to:
Secure funds for $100,000 to 300,000 at good terms,
Work with lenders that do not have seasoning requirements,
Know how to work with properties in land trusts and
Able to do double closing.

Anna, I'm sorry you have no response to this request yet, most mortgage brokers are probably still hung over and can't read yet.

Do you have any local mortgage shops in your area, really it would be best to deal with someone locally or in the area of the properties you'll be selling. Check there first....a good broker should be all over this....good luck!

I have no problem with flipping - to each their own. Was simply pointing you to the thread where some lenders that allow flipping are posted. Did you read that link?
