I am working on some permanent partnership deals. I find the homes, you buy and we are partners forever on the home. You get paid back first then a 50/50 partnership exists.

If you have funds we can work together and I will mentor you as we make each other money.

I have 3 investor Partners I can provide for Refs with these deals, as well as my CPA and my Attorney. All are on the bandwagon and happy PM me if you want to make easy money.
