Perhaps your post would generate more interest if you gave us some additional background issue. What real estate investing experience do you have? How many properties and how much rehab is needed?

There are a lot of posts with people looking for funding so the more info you can provide the better.

Hi James, I have been involved in real estate for 18 years in the UK and Eastern Europe as both the Director of real estate agencies and as a builder and developer. I have been focusing on the US and in particular the state of New York for the past 2 years and have bought 14 1 and 2 unit homes that are successfully let to private and section 8 tenants.They are producing 20% yields. I am looking to buy a portfolio of 30 more all renovated and let. I have an investment summary if you are able to help.
