I would like to get a $50k loan so I can start on another rehab project for a house I've already purchased.

I will put up a house I recently completed that is under contract to sell for $118k. the projected close date is May 31. I can provide the MLS listing, purchase agreement, etc. if you would like.

I own the $118k house free and clear. I also own two other rehab projects free and clear that I would like to finish with the $50k loan. the two houses I would like to finish are also owned free and clear.
