SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!!! No deal will happen without that being in place. then find out his needs, strategies, price range, motivation, timeframe, # of properties wanted, areas desired, etc.
Tell me more Rich. I would hope that most of the investors I deal with have money to close deals with in 7-14 days after they have signed my "Assignment of Contract" but I will be realistic and know that some of them would go through a hard money lender. So fill me in. By the way I just added Will to my contacts thanks Rich.

1) You would want to specify property type: houses, apts, etc
2) Price range?
3) Target market areas: ex: no high crime neighborhoods
4) What's the situation with the seller? Foreclosure, out of town owner, etc.

That way, when visiting on the phone or meeting in person, you would know the exact topics to cover. In addition to questions, you want to make sure you ask for the investor's name, email address, phone number, business address, and the best time for contacting them. A few examples of questions you might include on the questionnaire include:
• What is the price range of deals you look for?
• Which neighborhoods do you prefer working in?
• How many deals have you closed over the last 12 months?
• How much rehabbing do you typically do?
• How much do you generally spend to rehab a home?
