Synergistic Investments, LLC

Saw this in one of my Linkedin groups. 100% financing for investors.Just wondering if anyone has used them or knows anything about them.

Also open to any other ideas or ways to generate the funding needed. I am located on the North side of Houston. Thanks in advance for the advice.
