Just Starting OUT!!! Need some advise PLEASE!!!!
Hello Investors at Bigger Pockets,
My name is Allen, I'm very green to Real Estate, learning about it started as a hobby but now I'm ready to put ideas into action. I just need some advise on where to start. I have a full time job but I'm looking to grow a RE portfolio start with building cash flow or flips. I would like some real estate advise, if anyone is willing to assist. Currently I'm looking to purchase my first real estate property on my own with no investors but myself. The location that I'm looking for is GA, VA, MD and CT. Before I make the investment I'm looking to do a few things such increase my personal credit score and build my business paydex score, along with build business credit. Here is where I'm a little unsure what to do, shouldI get a mortgage under my business credit or should I get it under my personal credit. Also, I really don't want to use my money should I use other peoples money to start out. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks bigger pockets for providing me this platform.
