What is the best city in south east Michigan with the higher ROI for rentals ?

Hi Guys, Im looking to invest in south east Michigan into rentals but wanted to avoid Detroit. I was looking at Dearborn, Livonia, Redford... Is there anyone who can give me an advice ?
