There are many books about REI, but I would like to see one that explains real estate over all. While sitting at a title company for a closing I realized I don't really know how they make their money. Is it just on the annoying fees they charge? Why is it mortgage brokers make so much commission money? What is it based upon? What do Realtors and brokers do all day? Is it just showing houses?

I would like to read an accurate book that tells all about the big picture.
