Bathroom flooring tile or linoleum?
There was a leak in the bathroom that is now fixed and I am going to replace the flooring. As I will be turning this home into a rental this summer I wondered what you would recommend as the flooring choice? Also what are the pros and cons from your experience? Thank you in advance!
