Time to get the ball rolling
next year I plan to have between 10 to 15k to invest in realestate. As a newbie how do I best maximize this to creat passive income. My plan is to acquire 5 rentals in the next 18 months. Is this at all possible. Any all thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
