Denver Real Estate Market
Hey all!
My husband and I are fairly new to the site and are learning so, so much listening to podcasts and reading on the forums. We're getting very excited to make our first offer on a property. We are currently looking for REI minded agent. Given the hot Denver market right now, I have a few questions:
1--Do you think it's possible to buy a property that meets the 1% rule??
2--Is a property it still worth investing in if you can get it to positive cash flow each month, but does not meet the 1% rule??
