Your thoughts on Rentometer
So it's going to be a few months before I do my first deal. I've just been looking at things on the market and working the numbers as if I was going to buy for practice and to get the feel for it. So that when I do make my first investment, it will be a good deal.
I have been using rentometer.com to estimate what I could get in rent for properties. Does anyone have thoughts on rentometer? Is it ok to use, is it horrible and I should stay away? Is there a better way to get these numbers?
