Hello BP world, I'm learning all these wonderful type of investment stratedies here on BP, but I'm not quite sure which one or more(lease/option,subject-to/wholesale) that suites the FL market during these hard times. Can anyone help me analyze?
I think its buy and hold time. With prices what they are, you should be able to find cash flow in your market. If you can find cash flow in Florida buy it and never sell it.
take your farm market, break it down. I track 4 things, $ per SQFT, Average price, number of sales money in motion. Get at least 5 Qtrs worth of data. Run a poly trend line to project market momentum, here is an example
Yes it makes sense. Thanks alot Dan.. I still have alot to learn now that you've mentioned "entrance and exit strategies". And Jeff, I should've thought about the "buy and hold" strategy becuase I'd just read on it a week ago, it makes alot of sense. By the way, how do I get an analyzation graph like the one your using?
