Has anyone done this? If so, how did you go about advertising your services to locate prospective investors?

Reason, I have the means to travel around the U.S. at minimal cost in a timely manner, so I could easily view properties in person on the cheap. Let me know if anyone here has done that.

It is not totally clear to me exactly what type of service you are providing. If an investor is interested in a property they usually jump on a plane - rent a car and check it out for themselves.
