I am an agent and I want to gain direct access to a banks REO list. I don't have to sell or list them exclusively. I work with a lot of investors and I am scrambling to find a deal from them and usually they don't come from MLS. If anyone has successfully gained relationships with a bank or has advice on how I can go about getting a direct list, please let me know. You are best going to their web sites and looking for Real Estate for sale- most of the listings are with realtors -so the best way is to go to your RE web site and read through them they should declair the " ownership" and if you see " bank,REO" then you can contact the RA directly for showing instructions.

My advise is to find the key agents...and those emerging, who are listing and selling the REO properties. Let them know you have a buyer/investor pool and ask to be notified of 'pre-marketing' opportunities.

Bank are not in the buss. of selling real estate. That is exactly why the asset managers are braught in. Outside of not having a negotiating platform, a sale. bank - buyer on a single property is a non-commercial transaction with falls under the Realtor regulatory guidelines. You may view it as a non arms length transaction.
