Question about using an agent
Yesterday I was in on the foreclosure webinar and we were told to "Go online and search for REO Realtor call them and say Mr./ Mrs. I am a new real estate investor and my mentor/trainer Jason, told me to tell you to pull all the listings of all the REO Properties that are 100 days on market or higher." I'm super new to this so my question is, does this cost anything or do they do this for no charge?
