Can I control a property with no money down with a REO listed with Keller Williams
This villa is priced well below FMV, does need some work, but all I want to be able to wholesale it to a rehabber...But the property is listed on the MLS and some realtors wont take this type of contractor without any $ in escrow...please help..great deal slipping away
