Purchase Sale Agreement

When purchasing an REO, can you still submit your own Purchase & Sale Agreement to the bank? Or is the process different and you must use the bank's version?

If you are able to use your own agreement, does it have to be any different from an agreement one would use on a regular sale since you are dealing directly with the bank? (For example, different clauses used?) And if so, does anyone have an REO P/S Agreement I could take a look at for a general idea?

And since we are on the subject, I know banks are motivated sellers and are negotiable-friendly, so can you include your own clauses for REO purchases? Like a clause stating how you'd like access to the property to show other potential buyers, not assignees?

Any answers and/or advice would be appreciated
