Does anyone know of a effective list of contacts for REO and Asset Management companies?
[WEBSITE REMOVED] has the direct Asset manager contacts. they give you name, email, and direct phone to the AMs at 51 different companies.
I do it's sitting right in front of me.
Try going to REOMAC they are not going to charge you thousands of $$$ for it.
Unfortunatly last time I checked they are only accepting "servicers" memberships now.
What if I said send me your resume and I'll send it to all my AM's, would you be willing to send me a referral fee on the listing you close that came from my efforts?
I have an REO broker with over 15 years experience to help guide you through the process if you have not done it before.
I'll work with you on ensuring everything the Am's are lookimng for is addressed in your resume.
If I do not get you listings it does not cost you anything.
Fair enough?

I got a list of 70+ REO and BPO companies there for $25. I think there are other good lists out there as well but this one worked well for me.
Now I'm registered with 15 companies and I'm bringing on my first REO listing.
Good luck!
If you're looking to list REO properties, then there are several sources, REORenegades is a great source, and REOMAC conferences and dinners (to network), along with the National REO Brokers Association www.nrba.com. It takes about 12 - 18 months to make the contacts. The easiest way to start is to go into your local branch banks and ask for their loss mitigation department, and once you get the right person, ask how you go about buying their REOs. The larger outsourcing companies are also good sources - try National Default Servicing and Integrated Asset Services.
Hope that helps.

I purchased the SellMoreREO list. It was the most extensive list (92 companies) I could find. Plus, it had detailed info on how to sign up with each, which is helpful when you are trying to navigate their websites. Worth the $25! Good luck Frank. Have fun registering with all these asset management and bpo companies. It takes a while to fill out all of their forms (but again, well worth it!)
Seems like a lot of new posters to the site who have recommendations for sites here. When I see these new posters do nothing but recommend the same company in every post and not participate on the site in any other way, I get very suspicious.
If you newbies have affiliations with these companies you're promoting, I suggest you disclose it.

i am a reo broker here in south florida and work with many current asset managers and several banks. we sell many reo properties. some of those lists floating around out there are dead end streets as so many bomb bard the asset managers with requests they dont even reply 1
Just in case anyone is wondering I am pursuing the REO referral program I had mentioned. Currently we are in the software developement faze. Hopefully only a couple of weeks till it's up and running.
Thanks for all the research and info.
I have found that most of the REO companies have stopped taking applicaltions. Also if they do accpet appilcations you need to have experience in BPO's and have all your ducks in a row to start listing, i.e. e&o insurance, licnese information vendors you are going to work with to change locks, trashout and property preservation.
If you really want the list of all REO departments and asset managers, nationwide and indexed by states servicing, try the Lane Guide.
http://www.laneguide.com
They have the best and most up to date list I have found.
If you dont want to invest in a Lane Guide list, you can also use some of the auction websites (free ones) or Foreclosure Radar they often will have lender info associated with the property/listings.
Hello,
I have purchased 4 different asset manager lists over the past two years, but three were ineffective with outdated information and many email bounce-backs or returned mail.
The best list I found was at RealEstateTargetdotcom; I did a successful snail mail and email campaign, and picked up three new banks and an account with LPS.
I also cross referenced names on the list to see who was attending or speaking at various REO conferences, and made efforts to meet asset managers in person.
