I appreciate your feed back & you are correct about the asset managers. On occasion they will release an offering but, for the most part there is usually a V.P. or some other executive involved.

The individuals I'm working with are not 3rd party they are salaried employees of the institution.
"This list would be good for agents with REO experience who need more listings, but don't think you are just going to start selling REOs for an Asset manager just because you have a name and a number. They want experience with REO."
Actually what I was thinking was if someone was not going to be in a competing market with me. I would simply work with them using my contacts to facilitate getting them listings & work out some sort of arrangement for compensation. I would not be selling a list of names and numbers but, working with the individual in an effort to aquire them more listings.
Like I said I'm simply considering different ways others on this forum could benifit from these contacts.
