How much is a list of 480 Asset managers worth to you?

I'm considering different ways everyone here at bigger pockets can benifit from this without jepordizing my relationships or creating too much competition for myself.

What do you suggest?

Asset manager's don't facilitate Bulk pools, these are done directly within the banks. Asset Manager=3rd party who manages the holding of the REO for the bank. Their authority levels are usually really low. Trying to facilitate bulk pools with several different AMCs will only lead to hairloss and a lot of wasted time IMO.

This list would be good for agents with REO experience who need more listings, but don't think you are just going to start selling REOs for an Asset manager just because you have a name and a number. They want experience with REO.

I appreciate your feed back & you are correct about the asset managers. On occasion they will release an offering but, for the most part there is usually a V.P. or some other executive involved.

The individuals I'm working with are not 3rd party they are salaried employees of the institution.

Actually what I was thinking was if someone was not going to be in a competing market with me. I would simply work with them using my contacts to facilitate getting them listings & work out some sort of arrangement for compensation. I would not be selling a list of names and numbers but, working with the individual in an effort to aquire them more listings.

Like I said I'm simply considering different ways others on this forum could benifit from these contacts.

I just spoke with the REO asset manager for the Marshall & IIsley bancorp.

He semed to think that I have a pretty good idea if

Realtor/Broker sends me Resume I forward to my contacts (thereby protecting my relationships)

Realtor follows up with me (saves them time)

I follow up with realtor provide (network of support) with expierienced REO Brokers & let them know the services these asset managers are looking for.

My team & I get a referral fee on closed transactions everybody wins

Agents get listings all they have to do is send 1 resume. (not 50 & they don't have to build the relationships)

I continue building stronger relationships with Banks.

Everybody gets paid!

I think I understand where you are coming from Lee. You want to connect the agents with the AMs and earn a small fee? This would be good if every AM wasn't already bombarded by agents looking for listings. I would stick to finding agents who have REO experience, create a quality control system for the AMs so that they don't have to worry about picking bad agents who don't perform.

Paul,

That is my plan & now the AM's have the oppertunity to deal with 1 person (me) rather than 100 agents.

I would definatly do my homework on anyone who's resume I forwarded.

I can see a number of these AM's then referring agents who do contact them to me (thereby increasing my business)

The more I think & talk to professionals about this the better it it looks!

Exactly what are the criteria of the perfect list you guys would be looking to get your hands on? Would you be looking for all of the REO asset managers in just the banks or would you want to see the REO asset managing companies as well?

I am a list broker and have been working on getting one for one of my clients. Because I am a broker I have access to all types of lists world wide. What do you charge?

Is it just names phone #'s and emails?

I am a list broker,so no I don't have a personal relationship with the AM's. the lists I can aquire vary in many ways depending on the target you want to reach, I personaly don't make contact with anyone on the list. And yes the lists will genraly consist of name address and phone number, but it will be a refreshed and up to date list with a 95% deliverability garauntee. Also it can be custom taylored to suit your exact criteria rather than a random or compiled list that you yourself would have to spend time sourcing, scrubbing and bringing up to date.
