I found a good deal on an REO multi-family- They are requesting proof of funds- How can I get that when the I am planning to use funds from different investors that will fund at closing?? Hard money lenders? That is basically to buy & sell immediately?

You can fill out a couple of fields on their web page and they email you a letter immediately. I've never used their services or their letter before but other investors have told me they work. There's a few other sites like this, google is your friend.

Hi Linda, In the past I have been asked to provide additional information as well when submitting an offer for Multifamily REOs. Including:

Resume and/or business letter indicating assets owned and assets purchased in the last two (2) years.
Deal References
Banking References
Source of equity for acquisition
etc..
