I had to take some time off due to some personal issues I was dealing with. Now that I am back on my feet, I have been investing to buy and hold but looking to start flipping again.

I noticed in my area of Miami, properties are scarce. Any others experiencing this dilemma in your neck of the woods?

Have you tried working with any shortsales? We handle transactional funding for quick resales in all 50 states, most are short sales. I have recently seen an uptick in approvals of shortsales in Florida as well as the Midwest and NE US. This is just based off of my business deal flow and no other statistic.

At one point I was contemplating on Short Sales and flipping like I do REO's but it was the area that I was concentrating on where my REOs where selling good, that it didnt work well.

I did have to take some time off, but I've been looking in quick selling areas for SS's and might start attacking those now along with REOs just to get more in the pipeline.

Can you send me info on your trans funding? Do you guys happen to allow for a 30 day hold or less for funding?
