Question about personal property left
We recently acquired a property in California via tax deed sale. The property was left abandoned with a vehicle and some other belongings. Has anyone dealt with this in CA? Also, not an issue with this property, but just as thought, what have you done with owners still in a house after purchasing the tax deed? Have you evicted just as you would a tenant?
