Our remodeling company has a blog section -

The whole site is kind of blog focused instead of a static website format like most builders/remodelers have. We have some real estate investing news and article links on the site as well.

This week we are creating an RE investing only website to highlight our investments and what we do with them. We will blog on this as well.

I've been blogging for almost a year...the blog follows my efforts to build a successful full-time real estate investment company focused mainly on flipping houses -- but also touches on rentals and a bit of wholesaling.

Lots of tips on flipping, as well as tutorials on Financial Analysis (both residential and apartments) and my entire business plan online.

Also lots of before, during and after pictures of my flips... :)

Hey I know this thread is old, but I'm just curious: Do people with small blogs (1,000-10,000 visitors per month) make any decent money off them or is it more for leads or just fun? I've always wondered.
