I don't have a blog yet but after having researched some of the nations top selling agents I see what a useful tool it can be. I plan to have a blog and am researching how to use it effectively. Best wishes and it looks like you have a good thing with your blog.
You can check out my Real Estate Marketing on Internet blog. I have almost 100 posts there, all quality strategies for real estate marketing on the internet.
Last month, the blog got over 8,000 visits and growing.
As always, I'm more than happy to help so PM me or email me.

Your more than welcome to check out my blog on our website.
Our remodeling company has a blog section -
www.myersconstructs.con
The whole site is kind of blog focused instead of a static website format like most builders/remodelers have. We have some real estate investing news and article links on the site as well.
This week we are creating an RE investing only website to highlight our investments and what we do with them. We will blog on this as well.
Please feel free to offer feedback on the site. This is very helpful to us.
Thanks very much
Diane Menke

Blog fever! Here is my brand new blog http://dolcecasaitaly.blogspot.com/
I've been blogging for almost a year...the blog follows my efforts to build a successful full-time real estate investment company focused mainly on flipping houses -- but also touches on rentals and a bit of wholesaling.
Lots of tips on flipping, as well as tutorials on Financial Analysis (both residential and apartments) and my entire business plan online.
Also lots of before, during and after pictures of my flips... :)
Enjoy:

Thanks for starting this thread, David!
My blog is http://bitterroot-homes.com
This site is new but I am getting Realtor advertisement. I have several ads not yet posted and six presentations in the coming two weeks. So far, I am very happy I started this site.
Our new blog spot is up , please feel free to critique. Since I didn't put the first one up, it won't hurt my feelings! Just Kidding, our guy in Birmingham has worked tremendously hard in it.

You will find alot of rehab info here as well as some basic investing tips. Good luck!
I have one too (link is below). It's on mobile home investing. Great to see all the blogs here!
Hey I know this thread is old, but I'm just curious: Do people with small blogs (1,000-10,000 visitors per month) make any decent money off them or is it more for leads or just fun? I've always wondered.
