MLS 1-liner reports in AZ
Hello everyone!
I have been talking to a lot of real estate agents in the Phoenix area and have been requesting these 1-liner reports for both ACTIVE listings and listings SOLD in the last 90 days. I received a few reports but they don't have all the information I need in them and he said he wasn't able to export them to excel or CSV. I need this information in order to automate the calculations rather than manually input all the numbers.
Is there anyone out there that can help me word exactly what I would need as far as columns go for the MLS 1-liner report so that there is no confusion?
Is there is anyone out there in AZ that has access to the MLS and has done this before? Let's get in touch and I would be happy to benefit each other.
