How to find an agent who is investor friendly

I am currently in the hunt for my first duplex in the St.Paul/Minneapolis metro area. I was wondering if anyone had any good tips for finding a real estate agent who understands the goals of a REI. Or if anyone in the area could point me in the right direction that would be excellent.
