CA Licensed Broker Assoc wants to do property management
Hi:
If I have a license "under" a name brand brokerage, can I do property management in cooperation with another licensed broker?
I really like where I am on the real estate sales side of the house, but I also want to do property management. Affiliating with a separate unrelated company in California is possible?
In other words, have two "managing brokers" and operate under two separate liability insurance policies, one for Real Estate, and another for Property Management.
Can this legally be done in CA?
