Experienced Real Estate Agent in Chicago?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying purchase my first multifamily property in the Chicago area and need help. I need an agent who’s at least a bit seasoned and knows what he’s doing, what to look for in a property and how to evaluate it. So far the few agents I’ve met are just warm bodies trying to make commissions and can’t even answer simple questions.

Can anyone refer me to a real estate agent with experience in multiunit properties in the Chicago area?
