Hi, I am in California, REPO capitol on the west. OUr market is mainly REO's. I am trying to become a bank listing agent with WAMU, CHASE, Bank of America, does anyone have contacts in the REO divisions? I know some of these companies outsource to Asset managers.

Anyone in with busy asset management companies that can give me some help getting in?

I am in with Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Wachovia and Ocwen and give people hints on getting in with these banks if they will reciprocate the favor.

I promise you I'll let you know my findings once I have them about companies I get in with, HOWEVER, I'm just starting the process of getting bank relationships.

If you could shoot me an email with a hint or two you'd be a STUD!

Obviously, when I get contacts I'll share them with you as well, I'm a Realtor in Phoenix.

Any thing you can pass on that would help me , get bank listings in the TEXAS area, would be much appreiciated,.
I do alot of reo packages and I" m looking to make that DIRECT contact.
Once I have a contact here , I don't mind to share with you folks in the states that you are....please contact me through my profile ..Thanks Shyda
