Broker Leads
I received my GA sales license July 2013 and crammed that last month to complete what I though was my 25 hours of post license only to find out I was completing my CE courses. I am just about finished with my 25 hour post license course and I'm shopping around for the right broker in the Atlanta area to hold my license.
I currently still have a full time job so I want to go part time for the first 3-4 months then convert to full time agent (and REI). I want to find a broker that will provide leads while I do my own marketing to help jumpstart my agent career and get my into the world of real estate full time. My last broker had a small company and did not have leads readily available.
For agents who started our receiving leads from their broker, was this beneficial or should I find a firm based solely on desk fees, commission splits, etc. and work harder on the front end to generate my own leads?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
