Hi, I'm looking for an investment savvy agent in the LA area, focusing on Hollywood, Silverlake, Los Feliz and surrounding areas.

I'm looking for rehab properties up to 700k to fix and flip.

Please have knowledge about rehabs and what makes a good deal.

My wife is a full time agent here in Orange county. We are currently in escrow ourselves with an REO property located in Mission Viejo that needs work. The Mission Viejo area should hold value and has low taxes. Let me know if you are interested in this area as well and I can have my wife contact you.
