I currently have a great  investment opportunity in Springfield, Oh. It's 19k and NOT located in a deadbeat area. There is a lot of potential with this property, and I would buy it myself, but we're not quite there yet. I wasn't sure if this was the right forum to post, but I thought other agents could look into it for their investor clients or themselves.
