Lead Generation for listing agents
I am looking for closers, listing agents mostly but sometime we get some buyer leads. We are located in Southern California but one of our companies is a lead gen busienss for agents. These are all NOW sellers as we focus on listings and once vetted and ready to list we then refer them out to our network of agents. You take over and sell the home and we get a referral fee at closing from 25-35% depending on price of the listing.
