New investor looking for an Investor Agent in Las Vegas.
Hello, I'm Derek. This is my first post to BP. It's great to see there is community like this available. After about two years of learning in guru classes, reading books and been involved in flipping homes, I am venturing out for myself to start my own business . First step, find the team...most importantly, an investor friendly buyers agent(s) in Las Vegas. Though somewhat new to flipping, my background is construction. I completed the electrical union apprenticeship program and have over 10 years of construction experience. Also, I have hired a coach who has been successfully investing in Real Estate for over 22 years.
I have access to real capital to make these deals happen with a POF in MY name. If anyone knows of an agent or two that has this type experience and time to work with a flipping newbie,please let me know of them!
