BOSTON - Best Realtor to work for?

I just earned my RE license.  Now, I am trying to find a broker to work under.

I just interviewed at Keller Williams SW and they seem to be great.  Any insight on them?

Or Chestnut hill Realty? Coldwell? Cen21?

Thank for any help on this!
