Part time agent with 4-5 days availability?

So i just finished schooling for my EMT certification and would like to get into paramedic down the road.

Apparently these guys work 3 12 or 16 hour shifts or 2 24 hour shifts per week!

If i got my real estate license could i make any money working part time, 4-5 days a week or less if possible???

I really want to use real estate as a side gig due to flexibility...

Would this work???
