Real Estate Transaction Coordinator?

Just obtained my Real Estate license, and saw a few postings for a Transaction Coordinator.

From my understanding it seems Transaction Coordinators get paid a base salary + $150 to $350 per a deal that closes that they coordinates.

Does this sound correct, or am I off base?
