We are in DIRECT CONTACT to Buyers who are interested in purchasing residential loan portfolios NOW. Consequently, we are currently seeking 1st and 2nd position residential, performing and non-performing loan portfolios. There is no minimum or maximum amount. The only requirement is that we MUST HAVE DIRECT CONTACT with the Seller of the loan portfolios. We have no interest in a long chain of brokers; however, we would entertain working with brokers that are only "one-step" away from the Seller.
