First note is secured by a two-unit income producing property in Kansas City, MO. 85% LTV, 12% interest, 60 day seasoning. 650+ FICO. 5 year balloon. Property valued at 65K, loan balance 55,250. Asking 70% of face value.

The other four are unsecured notes. Borrowers willing to give a personal guarantee, upper 700/lower 800 FICOs, and will escrow 6 months of payments. All debtors in Austin, Tx.

Sorry...forgot to include the most important part bit of info for the unsecured notes.

Face values are 52K, 40K, 39.2K, and 38K, 7.5% interest amortized over 4 years. Asking 70% of face value, OBO.
