Looking For Notes

My criteria for buying notes are
1. The can be seasoned or unseasoned notes
2. 1st position only
3 credit score at least 630
4.we will buy simos as well
5. price range from 50,000 to 5million
6. The notes can be both residential or commercial., multi-family or retail all are welcomed
7. we are also willing to do builders who own their subdivisions and are selling their homes themselves.

Are you looking for non performing 1st mortgages. I have been asked by a national bank to find serious buyers. We will meet again in Jan. for all of Florida. Should be around one Billion to choose from.

I can meet your requirements except for the fico score. If thats a deal breaker I understand,but if you can work below that fico, I have an inventoy of secured residential mortgage notes, both performing and non. Email me.

Are you still in the business of selling notes direct from the bank because we are interested in buying notes.
