Looking for Non-Performing & Performing Loans and Portfolios

We are currently seeking non-performing and performing loans and portfolios. There is no minimum or maximum amount. The only requirement is that we MUST HAVE DIRECT CONTACT with the owner of the portfolio. We and our other investors have no interest in a long chain of brokers.

If you can provide...

_ Current unpaid principal balance,
_ Next due date,
_ Interest rate,
_ Margin and index (if adjustable),
_ Lien position,
_ Type of property (single family,
condo, two-to-four family, multifamily,
manufactured, mobile home, etc.),

_ Property's city and state,
_ Origination value or updated BPO value,
_ If the loan has insurance, such as private mortgage insurance, FHA or other guarantor (include the percentage of coverage)

_ Origination and or updated FICO score.
