The note business is a complicated maze of institutional and specialized buyers. I suggest you focus on one area before you move on to the next. Performing and non performing notes are two totally different animals and the rules of the games played in each battleground and the players are not the same at all.

I am a newbie in the Real Estate Note Business, I have been laid off my job, and I really need to do something to generate cash, so I kept hearing about the real estate note business and decided to give it a try. I was in the Food and Beverage industry when I was laid off, doing everything, from F&B Director, Executive Chef, and Rest Manager. I Specialize in Mortgage notes, Promissory notes, land contracts, Seller Carry-back financing notes, and Mobile Homes notes with land affixed, & people who do foreclosures and are interested in selling those notes in simultaneous closings. I'm a note investor myself working with several other note investors/note buyers all over... Need to sell your Notes of any Type any Size, let us know.
