With the poor credit and no equity, I am afraid you are going to have a hard time selling this real estate note. Note buyers are looking for credit and equity.

I am interested in any 1st position residential and commercial notes you have to offer.

Any credit scores involved MUST be 600 or better ( preferably 660 or better ). For residential notes, the down payment must be at least 20% of the original sales price. For business notes, a down payment of at least 30% MUST be accompanied by at least 3 months worth of payment history.
