Available Nationwide Commercial Performing Notes

If the commercial notes are indeed performing, why would the financial institution sell their good paper at such a discount? Doing so would only increase their debt that they have in those non-performing notes.

Something like this would usually be included in a bulk listing of notes (good and bad) and you would purchase it all not cherry pick it!

Something does not sound as advertised!

Did you purchase it?

No I will not claim to be a buyer for these amount at this time, maybe later.

But I have noticed these kinds of posts before and found myself wondering these questions which still have not been answered. Maybe others will step in and tell me that I am wrong.

Investors sell some of their portfolios so they'll have cash to invest in other more lucrative opportunities that come their way. If they own these performing notes for awhile they already earned enough interest that they can afford to offer discount. I this market competitive buyer's we're in right now if you want to sell fast you've to give buyers some incentive. There other explanations that I can think of why he is selling but is not appropriate on the record. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Please do not think that members here are being rude, but you are going to need to post up an avatar, tell us more about yourself, and have more than 4 posts before people are going to believe you have Performing Commercial Notes at a discount.

I'm a medical doctor and worked as general practitioner for 3 years. Never practiced my profession (found out in my fourth medical school that it's not my cup of tea) for about 12 years now since I got married. Started investing in residential real estate, got my mortgage broker and real estate licenses. Currently facilitating acquisition and funding of commercial real estate. Call gerry [REMOVED]. If you really have commercial notes. Conforming or non-conforming. 10 cents to 25 cents on the dollar.

People, did you notice that this thread was 7 month old before trying to contact the original poster again who did not answer the original questions?

If this was a great opportunity then the tape would not have lasted this long without being snapped up by those in the business.
