If anybody has some nice discounts on commercial notes, please let me know. No amount is too much. This guy is the real deal and is ready to move given the right opportunity. Loves apartment complexes and large commercial performing and non-performing notes. Would love to work with someone who can bring in a continuing supply of notes. Lynn [REMOVED]

Can you guys give a short example of what type of notes you have SOLD and at what type of discount please. Also in what state. I still have been seeing a big disconnection between bankers and ivestors.

Lynn, I've been talking back and forth on a daily basis with the V.P of the "Loan Workout" division of a state bank based in Denver and he told me what REOs and "possible" notes the bank has that they MAY want to sell. I yell at him because I feel that these bankers do not know what the hell they are doing and if they sell the note at TRUE market, they'll probably lose their jobs. I think it's complete fraud on what some appraisers value their inventory and look at what happens. Am I just out of my mind here?
