I would never advise on posting note information like this in order to get a note sold and this is for a few reasons.
If you send this to one investor, and anyone reading this post also sends it by chance to the same investor, that investor will tell you both that this note is being shopped around by someone and they are no longer interested in the note.
There is plenty of resources (even by googling for cash flow investors) to finding investors for any note(s) you happen to get for clients.
Also, most investors look down on brokers who post notes for sale on any website (except of course their company website) as this is one of the biggest ways a note gets shopped around.
Not bashing you by any means, and I hope you are able to get it sold and I wish you all the best with it. Just giving you some free advice from what I have learned in this business.
Hi This is Cheryl McGrath I have posted this note already and because of the credit score the man that has the note will not take anything less than 50, for this note let me know what you do get only because the lady thats in the house has really bad credit GOOD LUCK! Cheryl McGrath
