The owner of this portfolio of Commercial Non Performing Notes has asked me to help him get it sold, so...

...so let's get it sold.

This portfolio has NPNs predominantly in the tri-state area (NYC/NJ/CT), with a bit of South Florida thrown in...and one property each in Chicago and Philadelphia for good measure.

All told there are 32 notes in this portfolio, with a balance due of 32.9M.

We're fielding offers...looking for strong offers with quick closings. The tape is available upon request.

I was wondering if you still have those NPN's portfolio up for sale... I have several interested Buyers for NPN's portfolios in NY/NJ area... Please send me those tapes as soon as you get this...and also, I have several Buyers for REO packages who buy nationwide...
